Weapon of mass destruction

Weapons of mass destruction are weapons that can cause a lot of damage to many people. In general, people see the following as weapons of mass destruction:

• Chemical weapons, like poisonous gases (e.g. nerve gases)
• Biological weapons. Those are usually germs, or other small living things that may cause a disease. E.g. Smallpox or Anthrax.
• Nuclear weapons
