Warren Mitchell (basketball)

Warren Eugene Mitchell Sr. (April 1, 1933 – October 15, 2020) was an American college basketball coach. He was the head coach for the William & Mary Tribe men's basketball team from 1966 to 1972.[1] He was born in Lynchburg, Virginia.

Mitchell died in Midlothian, Virginia on October 15, 2020 from COVID-19 and problems caused by dementia at the age of 87.[2][3]
