Vladimir Hotineanu
Vladimir Hotineanu (1 October 1950 – 15 November 2019) was a Moldovan surgeon and politician. He was the Health Minister of Moldova in the First Vlad Filat Cabinet from 2009 to 2011, and deputy in Moldovan Parliament from 2014 to 2019.[1] He was born in Kyzylorda, Soviet Union.

Hotineanu died on 15 November 2019 at a hospital in Chișinău at the age of 69.[2]
