Viktor Gorbatko
Viktor Vasilyevich Gorbatko (Russian: Ви́ктор Васи́льевич Горба́тко; December 3, 1934 – May 17, 2017) was a Soviet cosmonaut who flew on the Soyuz 7, Soyuz 24, and Soyuz 37 missions.[1] He was awarded twice for the Hero of the Soviet Union and Order of Lenin. He was born in Ventsy-Zarya, Azov-Black Sea Krai.

Gorbatko died of stomach cancer at his home in Moscow on May 17, 2017 at the age of 82.[2]
