Valve Corporation

Valve Corporation is an American video game developer and digital distributor company in Bellevue, Washington. It was started in 1996 by Gabe Newell and Mike Harrington, two Microsoft employees in the past. The company is widely known for Steam and its popular first-person shooter series, Half-Life, with the first being released in 1998. Also, the company develops the SteamOS,[2] which their all-in-one handheld hardware, called Steam Deck, uses.[3]
