Tony Scannell
Tony Scannell (14 August 1945 – 26 May 2020) was an Irish actor. He was best known for playing DS Ted Roach in The Bill and appeared in the 1980 movie Flash Gordon. He was declared bankrupt in 2002. He was a Freemason.
