Tony Booth (artist)

Anthony "Tony" Booth (22 June 1933 11 January 2017) was a British artist. He was best known as the original poster artist for The Beatles and other bands in the Merseybeat era. He also worked with The Cavern Club. He was known as Brian Epstein's "right-hand man" in the 1960s in Liverpool. He was born in Merseyside and grew up in Moreton.

Booth died from cancer on 11 January 2017 in Upton, Merseyside, aged 83.[1]
