Continental Portugal and Madeira use UTC+00:00 and the Azores use UTC–01:00.
Daylight saving time is observed in the whole country from the last Sunday in March to the last Sunday in October. So, every year, continental Portugal and Madeira then use UTC+01:00, and the Azores then use UTC+00:00.[1]
