The Gay Divorcee

The Gay Divorcee is a 1934 American musical movie directed by Mark Sandrich and was based on the 1932 musical of the same name by Dwight Taylor. It stars Fred Astaire, Ginger Rogers, Alice Brady, Edward Everett Horton, Eric Blore, Erik Rhodes, Betty Grable and was distributed by RKO Radio Pictures. It was nominated for 5 Oscars and won an Academy Award in 1935.[1]
