The Dawn Patrol (1930 movie)
The Dawn Patrol is a 1930 American World War I action movie directed by Howard Hawks and was based on the novel The Flight Commander by John Mark Saunders. It stars Richard Barthelmess, Douglas Fairbanks, Jr., Neil Hamilton, Frank McHugh, Clyde Cook, Gardner James and won an Academy Award in 1931. It was remade in 1938.
