Terry Goodkind

Terry Goodkind (January 11, 1948 – September 17, 2020) was an American writer from the U.S. state of Nebraska. He was known for writing fantasy books. His most famous book is called Wizard's First Rule which is part of the The Sword of Truth series. He was born in Omaha, Nebraska.
