Telmo Vargas
General Telmo Oswaldo Vargas Benalcázar (9 October 1912 – 9 August 2013)[1][2][3] was an Ecuadorian politician. He served as President of Ecuador. He was Chief of Staff of Armed Forces of Ecuador. His army overthrew the military of Ramón Castro Jijón on 29 March 1966.
