Tônia Carrero

Maria Antonieta de Farias Portocarrero (August 23, 1922 – March 3, 2018), known professionally as Tônia Carrero, was a Brazilian actress.[1] She was born in Rio de Janeiro. She was known for her movie role in Tico-Tico no Fubá and for her television roles in Água Viva and in Louco Amor.

Carrero died in Rio de Janeiro on March 3, 2018 of post-surgery cardiac arrest at the age of 95.[2]
