Swatis
The Swatis (Pashto: Swatay/ سواتے) an originally Tajik tribe[1] swati tribe inhabiting the Hazara region in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province and Torghar the Provincially Administered Tribal Areas (PATA) of Pakistan. Swati are the biggest land owner of district Batagram previously independent territory and district Mansehra and to some extent in Kohistan and Shangla District as well.
Most of the Swatis speak Pashtu but some also speak hindku.
