Stuart Freeborn
Stuart Freeborn (September 5, 1914 – February 5, 2013) was a British make-up artist. He was known for his works in Star Wars and for Stanley Kubrick's 2001: A Space Odyssey. He had designed the make-up for Yoda.

Freeborn was born on September 5, 1914 in Leytonstone, London, England. He was married to Kay Freeborn until her death in 2012. They had three children, all who died before him. Freeborn died on February 5, 2013 in his home in London, England from natural causes, aged 98.[1]
