Steven Hilliard Stern

Steven Hilliard Stern (November 1, 1937 June 27, 2018) was a Canadian-born American television and movie director,[1] producer and screenwriter. He was born in Timmins, Ontario. Stern was known for his works with Michael Douglas, Christopher Reeve and Christopher Plummer. His best known movies are The Devil and Max Devlin, Mazes and Monsters, and Money. Stern was also known for directing the miniseries Black Fox.

Stern died on June 27, 2018 of stomach cancer in Los Angeles, California at the age of 80.[2]
