Slab City is a unincorporated community in Imperial County. It is built on an old World War 2 Marine Corps Camp, Dunlap.

It has an off-the-grid lifestyle it's also known for it's art as it has many art installations also the city has no laws or water so residents have to bring their own electricity and water.
