Short U (Cyrillic)

Short U, (Ў, ў) or U krotkaye is a letter of the Cyrillic script and is used in Belarusian, Dungan, Karakalpak, Karachay-Balkar, Mansi, Sakhalin Nivkh, Ossetian and Siberian Yupik, it sounds like /w/ or /o/.
