Seni Pramoj
Mom Rajawongse Seni Pramoj (Thai:หม่อมราชวงศ์เสนีย์ ปราโมช: 26 May 1905 – 28 July 1997) was three times the Prime Minister of Thailand, a politician in the Democrat Party, lawyer, diplomat and professor.
