Samaire Armstrong
Samaire Rhys Armstrong (/səˈmɪərə/ sə-MEER-ə;[1] born October 31, 1980) is an American actress and fashion designer. She is known for her roles in Stay Alive, The O.C., It's a Boy Girl Thing, and as Juliet Darling in the ABC television series, Dirty Sexy Money.
