Ron Samford
Ronald Edward Samford (February 28, 1930 – January 14, 2021) was an American shortstop in Major League Baseball. He played from 1954 to 1959 with the New York Giants, Detroit Tigers and Washington Senators.[1] Samford was born in Dallas, Texas.

Samford died on January 14, 2021 in Dallas at the age of 90.[2]
