Roméo Dallaire

Lieutenant-General The Honourable Roméo Antonius Dallaire,[3] OC, CMM, GOQ, MSC, CD (born June 25, 1946) is a Canadian humanitarian, author, and statesman. He was a senator from Quebec between 2005 to 2014.
