Richard Johnson (actor)
Richard Johnson (30 July 1927 – 6 June 2015) was a English actor, writer and producer. His career began in 1950. He is known for his role as Grandpa in The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas.

He was born in Upminster, Essex, England.[1] Johnson died on 6 June 2015, at the Royal Marsden Hospital in Chelsea, London, aged 87.[2]
