Richard Epcar
Richard Michael Epcar (born April 29, 1955) is an American voice actor. He is the voice of Raiden in Mortal Kombat, of The Joker in Injustice and of Ansem in Kingdom Hearts. He was also the voice of Brick Bully in Mighty Morphin Alien Rangers.
