Rajan
Rajan is the name or the honor given to the "King or Prince". Rajan stands for the "Great King" in Sanskrit. In noncommittal terms of their duties as rulers, they "protect, serve and patronize the arts."
Mythological history
According to several mythological epics like the Mahabharata, Ramayana, etc., the Rajan name is given as an honor to the Kings like Rama, Dasharatha, etc.[1]
