Precious (movie)

Precious: Based on the Novel 'Push' by Sapphire,[1] or simply Precious, is a 2009 American drama movie directed and co-produced by Lee Daniels. The script was written by Geoffrey S. Fletcher. It is based from the 1996 novel Push by Sapphire.

The movie stars Gabourey Sidibe, Mo'Nique, Paula Patton, and Mariah Carey. The movie had strong reviews when it was released on November 6, 2009.[2]
