Pierre Berton
Pierre Francis de Marigny Berton CC OOnt (July 12, 1920 – November 30, 2004) was a Canadian author of non-fiction, especially Canadiana and Canadian history. He was a television personality and journalist. He won many honours and awards for his books. He was born in Whitehorse, Yukon.[1] Between 1957 to 1995, he was a panelist for Front Page Challenge.
Beron died on November 30, 2004 at a hospital in Toronto of congestive heart failure, aged 84.
