Philippe Moureaux
Philippe Moureaux (12 April 1939 – 15 December 2018) was a Belgian politician. He was born in Etterbeek, Belgium. He was a professor at Université libre de Bruxelles. He was the first and third Minister-President of the French Community from 1981 to 1985 and again in 1988. He was a member of the Parti socialiste. He was also mayor of Sint-Jans-Molenbeek.
