Philipp Rösler
Philipp Rösler GOM (born 24 February 1973) is a Vietnamese-German physician and former politician. He was the minister of Economics and Technology and the Vice Chancellor of Germany from 2011 to 2013 during the Angela Merkel cabinet.[1]
