Philip Lavallin Wroughton
Sir Philip Lavallin Wroughton KCVO KStJ (19 April 1933 – 7 November 2020) is a British politician and businessman. He was born in Chaddleworth, Berkshire. He was the Lord Lieutenant of Berkshire from 1995 until 2008. He was Vice-Chairman of one of the World's largest insurance and investment management businesses, Marsh & McLennan Companies of New York City.
Wroughton died on 7 November 2020, at the age of 87.[1]
