Peter Simonischek
Peter Simonischek (6 August 1946 – 29 May 2023) was an Austrian movie and stage actor.[1] He appeared in more than sixty movies, beginning in 1980. Simonischek was known for his role as Winfried Conradi/Toni Erdmann in the 2016 movie Toni Erdmann. He won the European Film Award for Best Actor and was nominated for a London Critics Circle Film Awards for Best Actor and a Toronto Film Critics Association Awards for Best Actor.

Simonischek died on 29 May 2023 from a short-illness in Vienna, Austria at the age of 76.[2]
