Per Theodor Haugen
Per Theodor Haugen (8 October 1932 – 14 October 2018) was a Norwegian actor. He started stage acting in 1950. He had a supporting role in the comedy movie Støv på hjernen (1959).

He was born in Kongsberg. He was married to actress Sissel Sellæg who died on 5 January 2014 in Oslo. They had a son together, actor Kim Haugen.[1]
Haugen died in Oslo on 14 October 2018 at the age of 86.[2]
