Paul Mescal (/ˈmɛskəl/;[1][2] born 2 February 1996) is an Irish actor. His role in the miniseries Normal People (2020), earned him a nomination for a Primetime Emmy Award. His role in the 2022 movie Aftersun, earned him nominations for the BAFTA and Academy Award for Best Actor.
