Patricia McMahon Hawkins
Patricia McMahon Hawkins (1949 – October 6, 2021)[1][2] was an American politician. She worked for the United States State Department. She was the United States Ambassador to Togo from 2008 to 2011 during the George W. Bush and Barack Obama presidencies.
