Oleg Baklanov
Oleg Dmitriyevich Baklanov (Russian: Оле́г Дми́триевич Бакла́нов; March 17, 1932 – July 28, 2021[1]) was a Soviet politician and businessman. He was Minister of General Machine Building from 1983 until 1988.
