Novruz Mammadov
Novruz Ismayil oglu Mammadov (Azerbaijani: Novruz İsmayıl oğlu Məmmədov; born 15 March 1947) is an Azerbaijani politician and translator. He was Prime Minister of Azerbaijan from April 2018 to October 2019.[1]
