Norma Cappagli
Norma Gladys Cappagli (20 September 1939 – 22 December 2020)[1] was an Argentine model and beauty queen. She won the 1960 Miss World contest, after being crowned Miss Argentina World 1960.[2] She was the first model from Argentina to win the title.[3] She was born in Buenos Aires.
On 17 December 2020, Cappagli was hospitalized under critical condition after being hit by a bus in Buenos Aires.[4] She died from her injuries five days later on 22 December, aged 81.[4]
