N.E.R.D.

N.E.R.D (stylized as N*E*R*D) is an American hip hop and rock band. It was formed in 1999 by Pharrell Williams, Chad Hugo, and Shay Haley in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The band's first two albums, In Search of... and Fly or Die, were certified gold by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).
