Moncef Ben Salem

Moncef Ben Salem (Arabic: المنصف بن سالم; February 1, 1953 – March 24, 2015[1]) was a Tunisian politician and university professor.[2][3] He served as the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research under Prime Minister Hamadi Jebali.[4][5][6][7]
