Miriam Dell
Dame Miriam Patricia Dell ONZ DBE JP (née Matthews; 14 June 1924 – 22 March 2022) was a New Zealand women's rights activist, botanist and schoolteacher.[1] She was the president of the National Council of Women of New Zealand from 1970 to 1974. She was the first New Zealand president of the International Council of Women from 1979 to 1984.[2]
