Michael Shermer

Michael Brant Shermer (born September 8, 1954) is an American science writer.

He was a fundamentalist Christian. During graduate school he stopped believing in God. He started The Skeptics Society and Skeptic (U.S. magazine) in 1992. The society has over 55,000 members.
