Mariya Ahmed Didi
Mariya Ahmed Didi is a Maldivian representative in the parliament. In 2007 she received the International Women of Courage Award.[1]

In March 2006, the police arrested a female activist at her house late at night, so Didi organized the first women's rights protest in Maldives. [2]
