Maher El-Beheiry
Maher El-Beheiry (Arabic: ماهر البحيري) (born March 17, 1943) is an Egyptian judge, and the former Chairman of the Supreme Constitutional Court of Egypt (SCC). He became Chairman on 1 July 2012.[2]
