Lyuben Gotsev

Lyuben Gotsev Stoyanov (3 March 1930 – 7 October 2020) was a Bulgarian politician. He was born in Sofia, Bulgaria. He was a member of the Bulgarian Communist Party and Bulgarian Socialist Party. During the Andrey Lukanov cabinet, he was the Minister of Foreign Affairs between 22 September 1990 to 20 December 1990.

Gotsev died on 7 October 2020 in Sofia at the age of 90.[1]
