Luhansk
Luhansk (Ukrainian: Луганськ, romanized: Luhans'k; Russian: Луганск, romanized: Lugansk) is a city in eastern Ukraine, near the border with Russia. It is the administrative center of the Luhansk Oblast. In 2020, 401,297 people lived there.
