Louis Stokes
Louis Stokes (February 23, 1925 – August 18, 2015) was an American attorney and politician. He was born in Cleveland, Ohio. He served 15 terms in the United States House of Representatives from 1969 through 1999. He was the first black congressman elected in the state of Ohio.

Stokes died in Cleveland, Ohio from lung and brain cancer, aged 90.[1]
