Loratadine
Loratadine (also known as Claritin) is a drug used to treat hay fever, urticaria and skin allergies. It is closely related to tryciclic antidepressants. It is distantly related to quetiapine.[1]
Loratadine was discovered in 1981. It was first sold in 1993.
