Lock Haven, Pennsylvania

Lock Haven is the county seat in Clinton County, Pennsylvania. It started as a town in 1833.[1] It was declared a city in 1870. As of 2020, there were 8,108 people living in the city.[2] The most damaging floods in Lock Haven happened in June 1972 when remnants from Hurricane Agnes crossed Schuylkill County within 75 miles of Lock Haven.[3]
