Lianhe Zaobao (联合早报; Liánhé Zǎobào; Lien²-ho² Tsao³-pao⁴; literally "Joint Morning Paper"), is the largest Chinese-language newspaper in Singapore.[2] It is published by SPH Media (formerly Singapore Press Holdings).

History

It was formed on 16 March 1983, when Nanyang Siang Pau and Sin Chew Jit Poh, two of Singapore's oldest Chinese newspapers, mergered into Lianhe Zaobao.[3]
