Kjell Opseth

Kjell Olav Opseth (2 January 1936 – 3 December 2017) was a Norwegian politician. He was a member of the Labour Party. He was Minister of Transport and Communications from 1990 to 1996. He was also Minister of Local Government Affairs from 1996 to 1997. He was born in Førde, Sunnfjord, Vestland.

Opseth died on 3 December 2017 in Førde, at the age of 81.[1]
